Industrias Yuk, the Valencian industrial chain and transmission parts maker, will build a new automated warehouse in the Parque Logístico de Valencia, in Ribarroja. Covering 10,200 m2, these facilities will serve as the country's main logistics hub, as well as hosting its corporate offices.
Mecalux will equip the centre with an automated warehouse for pallets that will deliver a 15,246-pallet storage capacity. Next door, a miniload system will house a capacity for 12,920 unit loads. A stacker crane handles the goods in each aisle in the two warehouses.
Easy WMS, Mecalux's warehouse management system, will also be implemented, controlling all warehouse operations. For example, the reception of products, the preparation of orders and their dispatch and delivery to the customers.
